Human Defense Initiative is excited to announce our latest fundraiser for an expecting mother in need!
Mama S is a hardworking single mama of a two-year-old son. Her hours recently got cut at work, and she currently only has $6 in her bank. She applied for food stamps, but as we all know, that takes a while to begin, and she is in desperate need of snacks for her little one in the meantime. In addition to food, she also really needs assistance with clothes, shoes, diapers, wipes, and a few household necessities she doesn’t have the funds for.
To assist with all of the above needs, we’ve put together a Walmart registry, including the option to send Walmart gift cards, which will be used for perishable foods that cannot be shipped, such as fresh fruits, meat, etc.
Here at Human Defense Initiative, we want every mama to feel confident that they have what they need to provide for their babies.
